Anti-Lice Shampoo
Nittol Anti-Lice Shampoo is a dual-action formula that kills head lice and their eggs, loosens eggs from the hair shaft, is easy to apply and washes out cleanly. The Shampoo is a great choice for younger children; applied and rinsed like a regular shampoo, it is fuss-free and bathtime friendly. The 200ml bottle provides up to 4 treatments (approximately 50ml of shampoo required per treatment).

How does Nittol Anti-Lice Shampoo work?
Nittol Anti-Lice Shampoo is a dual-action formula. It coats and immobilizes lice while dissolving the protective wax coating causing it to dehydrate. It also loosens eggs’ grip on the hair, so they comb out more easily. Treat and wash in one step. It is insecticide-free and free from volatile cyclic silicones (D5/D6).
Step 1
Apply
Shake the bottle before use. Apply to DRY hair, working from roots to tips and covering the whole scalp. Keep it away from the eyes. Massage in well, paying extra attention to the nape and behind the ears. One application uses approximately 50ml of shampoo.
Step 2
Works in 5 minutes
Leave on for 5 minutes to kill lice. For better results on eggs, leave on for up to 10 minutes.
Step 3
Wash out
Add water to the hair to work up a foam. Wash and rinse the hair thoroughly, making sure everything is rinsed out.
Step 4
Comb through
While the hair is still wet, use the enclosed comb to remove any remaining lice and eggs. Work through each section in small locks, starting each section as close to the scalp as possible and combing all the way through. Once a section is clear, clip or braid it to one side. Wipe the comb clean with a cotton pad or tissue after each section.
